Tier I Signal Screen: CAD $2,000 - A tightly bounded first-pass scan that identifies the dominant structural issue and the most sensible starting point.

• Tier II Structural Signal Scan: CAD $5,000 - A deeper diagnostic with fuller interpretation, stronger pattern analysis, and clearer decision support for leadership discussion.

Follow-on support is available where the scan identifies the need for governance clarification, role redesign, operating model work, or broader organizational reset and this entry level analysis can lead to a full scope project project as outlined on the Services page.

How It Works

After an initial discussion the project sponsor and three to five direct reports within the FM organization as well as three to six important internal clients complete a short online diagnostic survey (10 minutes) focused on six areas that commonly shape FM performance: mandate clarity, governance and decision rights, intake and prioritization, role clarity, cross-functional coordination, and management visibility.

Responses are analyzed to identify the structural pattern behind current symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves. A report is prepared and a debriefing meeting is held to discuss:

• the most likely sources of drag and instability,
• the dominant risk pattern affecting performance,
• where improvement should start, and
• whether the institution’s first move is likely to be governance, workflow, role clarity, visibility, or operating model redesign
